COVID-19 / Coronavirus crisis & Neurofeedback
Come on time. Come alone. We ask you to be “just on time”, as much as possible. This way we try to keep our waiting room as empty as possible. We also ask you to come alone. If you are too early and have to sit in the waiting room, please keep at least 1.5m away from other people present.
Mouth mask mandatory. You can only participate in a neurofeedback session if you wear a mouth mask covering both nose and mouth. All government-approved mouth masks are accepted – so you may wear both purchased and homemade mouth masks.
Wash and disinfect hands. Before you enter our office space, our staff will ask you to thoroughly disinfect your hands.
Distance with your therapist. We do everything in our power to respect social distancing. In addition, plastic screens are placed between client and therapist wherever possible.
In case of symptoms; stay at home. If you are not feeling well or if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay at home and let us know. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance for this reason will not be charged.
The therapist also wears protective equipment. Our staff also all wear protective equipment; mouth mask and gloves. We mention this because we know that children, for example, sometimes find this somewhat frightening. In such cases, it may be better to wait a little longer.
Need extra support?
Psychological support. If desired, we can also provide talk therapy with one of our psychologists. We use the same rate as for your neurofeedback sessions. For the time being, we try to do this online as much as possible.
