Appointments and consultations

Do I need a doctor’s referral or prescription?

No, you do not, as you are also welcome without a referral. However, we always advise you to take our report to your accompanying doctor.

Can I come to you without an appointment?

No, we only work by appointment. If you wish to make an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact us. All our details can be found on the contact page.

Payments

How can I pay for my session?

You can always pay directly at your consultation, either in cash or with a credit or debit card. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer.

Do I have to pay VAT?

In both the Netherlands and Belgium, we have to charge 21% VAT on our services.

Is Neurofeedback reimbursed by my insurance?

Unfortunately we do not have a ready-made answer for this, and we can only advise you to check with your insurance company. There are too many differences between Belgium and the Netherlands, and between the different insurers, social security organisations and supplementary/additional insurances to give a practical answer. Should your insurer ask you for additional information, they can always contact us.
