At NeuroVP we find it particularly important that our rates and prices are transparent. Below, you will find a complete overview of our prices. At NeuroVP, you will never see any other amount appear on your invoice. On this page, you will find a complete overview of our rates, both for neurofeedback at our locations and for neurofeedback at home. (Also called “remote session” or “home clinic”).

Prices of Neurofeedback at our offices

QEEG Neurofeedback Intake Assessment

These rates only apply to intakes at one of the NeuroVP branches. (Neurofeedback in Brussels, neurofeedback in Bornem and neurofeedback in Maastricht)

Overview:

• Intake consultation +/- 60 min
• Recording of electrical brain activity by means of QEEG
• Analysis of recorded frequencies
• Reporting with 3D-LoReTa and Z-Scored FFT Summary information, report sent within 72 hours
• Preparation of initial training protocol included
• Explanation of our findings +/- 30 min (at the office, by telephone or online)

Price : €160,00

Optional:

Extensive reporting to accompanying physician, incl. telephone consultation with your doctor possible at an additional cost of €30.00 incl. VAT.

QEEG Neurofeedback Sessions

The rates below only apply to neurofeedback sessions at one of the NeuroVP branches. For sessions there are also reduced rates for children, students and in special cases.

Overview:

• 21-channel QEEG Neurofeedback training +/- 60 min of which +/- 40 min of training
• Recording of the electrical brain activity by means of QEEG at each session
• Intermediate analysis of recorded frequencies and reporting
• Intermediate evaluation by means of, among others, Symptom Checklist questionnaire
• Adjustment of training protocol included

Prices:

• Peak performance training: €95
• Adults: €80
• Children and students: €70

Prices of Neurofeedback at your place, “home clinic”

QEEG Neurofeedback at your home

Thanks to our exclusive partnership with the leading British company BrainWorks Neurotherapy, NeuroVP can also provide you with home neurofeedback therapy. You will receive all supplies via a home courier, including a neurofeedback machine, neurofeedback caps and a laptop. Our neurofeedback specialists can take over the control of this laptop remotely, guiding you through the training. All you need is a stable internet connection. For practical and logistic reasons, we can only offer this service in packages, so you always book a package of 12 or 20 sessions.

Included with each package:

• Intake assessment:
  • Recording of the electrical brain activity via QEEG
  • Analysis of recorded frequencies
  • Preparation of initial training protocol included
  • Explanation of our findings +/- 30 min (by phone or online)
• Neurofeedback Training:
  • 12 or 20 sessions, depending on the package you booked.
  • Recording of the electrical brain activity with QEEG at each session
  • 2 evaluations at 12 sessions, 3 evaluations at 20 sessions
  • Adjustment of training protocol included
• Rent of equipment and supplies included:
  • 21-channel QEEG Neurofeedback machine
  • Different electrocaps and matching ear electrodes
  • Laptop equipped with all necessary software
  • Consumables such as electrogel

Training packages

• 12 sessions, price incl. 21% VAT: €1880,00
• 20 sessions, price incl. 21% VAT: €2980,00

QEEG Remote Intake

Only necessary if you have not yet done an intake at our location.

• QEEG Intake when accompanied by training package, price incl. 21% VAT: €200,00
• QEEG Intake without training package, price incl. 21% VAT: €475,00

Please note that transport costs are not included. Don’t hesitate to contact us, we can clarify this quickly.

All our prices include 21% VAT. Sessions at our location must always be paid at the session itself, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For our “home clinic” service, the full amount must always be paid in advance. You will always receive an invoice for all our services afterwards. The rates on this page are the current rates from 20 October 2019.
